Founder & CEO, CBNA
Cesar Barros is a devoted father, ambitious entrepreneur, and professional community builder who connects business leaders and creates high-value opportunities.
Previously an award-winning telecom sales agent in an office of more than 150 agents, Cesar founded CBNA with no networking experience, few professional connections, and no startup capital. He bootstrapped the organization without private investors, turning a local vision into a growing business community spanning multiple states.
With experience in event organizing and a deep passion for community building, Cesar designed CBNA as a structured, results-oriented networking organization. His approach emphasizes quality over quantity, bringing professionals together to build genuine relationships that lead to trusted referrals, lasting partnerships, and business growth.
Proud of his Portuguese and Cape Verdean heritage, Cesar leads a Black-owned, minority-owned organization that welcomes people of every background, united by a commitment to helping one another succeed in the world of business.
